The pool area was very nice with comfortable sun beds and a good seating area. Hotel staff were lovely.

Rooms were very small. They were ok for a short break but we would upgrade to a larger room if staying for a longer time.

I have stayed here before, the family who run the hotel are all extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool is the most beautiful I have used and the room is great. They welcome pets, the restaurant is superb. There is Thai/Vietnamese cuisine every lunch except Thursdays and it is sooooo delicious and completely authentic.

After a recent renovation the hotel was smarter but still retained its charm.

Beautiful and charming hotel with unusual art pieces throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the town's center. Small fridge in the room with complimentary water bottles.

The shower area was really tiny in the corner of a bathtub with a lot of splashing on the tiles in front.

Excellent location. Beautiful, large rooms. I enjoyed the large tub! The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant.

There's no restaurant or bar in evening & no staff at night. The breakfast buffet wasn't for late sleepers: by 10 AM, the bacon, sausage,& eggs were scarce & past prime. The staff turned off the coffee machine at 10:30 AM, sharp. The spa never communicated with me. Doors locked, no answer at phone or return to message The artificial grass on the balcony wasn't attractive & the loungers were broken.

All the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.

alternative milks and slightly more fresh food variations at breakfast would be great to see on next visit

The staff and the place was quite nice.

The wifi in the room did not work, and for the 2 nights I was there they did not succeed at fixing this problem nor did they offer to relocate me to another room with working wifi.
