Phillipa the receptionist was AMAZING! She totally went the extra mile - such exceptional service! Nice to have a kitchen.
No A/C or fans so too hot! The ‘shared’ balcony was a bit awkward… although the location was fantastically central - it was noisy at night as the festival was on.

There was no breakfast included but lots of nice cafes nearby.
Great location and the rooms were nice. The receptionist was lovely- Phillipa- professional, friendly and interested. It would have been good if there was a fan in the bedrooms due to the heat and extra pillows for increased comfort.

Great location- right by the water and town. Big room.
Bathroom was a bit tired, the drain was blocked and it made the room smell terrible.
