Great location , modern and very clean. Breakfast was great.
No kettle or fridge in room, but access to coffee and hot water in the dining room.

The location is minutes from the beach and at the quiet end of the Main Street of Ericeira. The staff were warm and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious with free water and a little chocolate on the pillow. I wondered whether the "Outstanding Breakfast" would match up to its description, and it did - a good buffet with a selection of good quality pastries and bread, the fresh fruits and vegetables were great quality, and there was also yoghurt, granola, pancakes, and the option to have scrambled eggs made to order. The coffee was good too, and is available throughout the day, along with biscuits and fruit.
Some more hooks/places in the room to hang up damp things from the beach would be nice.
