The location is second to none! Have everything you need within walking distance and the city circle tram right outside the door.
Could do with investing in new/decent pillows.
The bathrooms also could do with a thorough clean - there was mould in the grout.

location, staff, and breakfasts were superb
I was given a room which had the temp. set on about 30.0C, The room stunk, like rotten stale farts, the high temp may of excellerated that. not wanting to stay in room. Went back to reception who allocated another room, not big in size but comfortable
