The friendliness of the staff, the beautiful breakfast, the bath in the room, the views of the river, and the location is perfect for our needs visiting family a short distance away x
Little bit dusty in some places, pictures frames only noticed as window was open with a breeze and the sun shining through.

Room was lovely. Nice & clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The roll to bath, in the bedroom was an excellent extra...
Dinner was exceptional. Everything was cooked to perfection & we loved that there so.e quite unusual choices.
Breakfast...PERFECT. everything was locally sourced which is great. The food was again, cooked perfectly.
Nothing.
We really have nothing negative to write.

Great location.. husbands family live in Sunbury so its great for us to stay here and be able to see them .
Spacious room, lovely towels and very clean.
Ceiling fan and free standing fan which was appreciated with the current weather.
Good sized wardrobe.
Already booked to stay for same dates next year.
Didn't affect stay but I would suggest that the carpet in our room is replaced. There is a large stain on the floor which is the first thing you see when you enter the room. The room is very clean and carpet is clean apart from this stain which isn't a great first impression. We are already booked for next year and this is only a suggestion otherwise everything was great.

The location and initial impression was good, breakfast was very nice
The room needed a serious refurb, carpet was ripped and pulled away from the walls, bathroom had light fixings hanging down and wires with tape hanging out the ceiling,chair in room heavily stained
