Located directly on the Punta Negra Beach this two bedroom, two bath penthouse condominium offers spectacular panoramic views of the Banderas Bay as well as a great view of the pool and sandy beach below. A fine example of Mexican Architecture and style that includes a beautiful cupola and two balconies this 1,500 square feet private unit is fully furnished and equipped with full kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots and pans) washer and dryer, built-in barbecue, satellite TV, WiFi, local phone service and on site 24/7 gated security. This penthouse unit has a large private master bedroom with a king-size bed, large closet, patio door that opens onto the balcony overlooking the ocean, and its own in-suite bath with a deep tub. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds (can be converted to a king) and a patio glass door that opens to the balcony overlooking the tropical jungle and Sierra Madre Mountains. This penthouse unit is a corner unit with no disturbing hallway traffic.
Punta Negra Beach is located minutes away (5-10 minutes by car or taxi/15 minutes on the local bus) south of Puerto Vallarta’s quaint Old Town and downtown area where you find a variety of restaurants, shopping, art galleries and of course the active night life Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

Agustin is a great host, always communicating with me to see if I and my grandson needed anything. His communication was to make sure everything goes smooth and it did. The place was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. My grandson is going to graduate did not want to leave , he was hoping to stay another week. The front desk was so nice , always wanted to know if we needed anything. Thank you Agustin. I hope your place will available next year.

We had a wonderful two week stay at this property. A little bit out from town but an unbeatable location.

Being the third time in this building it was a great experience as expected. The added advantage was the two beds because as our kids are getting older. Our small family had awesome quality time within the condo and by the pool and beach, and occasionally catching the beautiful sunset. The condo location is great for a short uber/taxi ride into town for restaurants, groceries and the markets.
The friendly building staff added to our peace of mind and comfort while staying there. Lastly the condo is as described and pictured and we had everything we needed during our stay. We were fortunate enough to meet the host upon arrival and he was ever so helpful and ensured we settled in well.
Needless to say, we will be back again!
