What an amazing time we had at the Souphattra Hotel Luang Prabang. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
The food and service were outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. One detail that truly stood out was the breakfast service—staff remembered our orders from the day before, which really showed their attention to detail and care for guests.
The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a wonderful ambiance throughout. Every corner reflected a high level of cleanliness and thoughtful design. 
And I can’t forget the pho—it was absolutely amazing!
The location is also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore. 
We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. Honestly, we hated to leave. 🙏🏽 Special thank you to Chan the general manager who made sure our stay was incredible. See you again next year.

First class accommodation. Breakfast has a wide variety. Pool space excellent and bed was extremely comfy
Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, they have a convention centre attached to the hotel which means business people surround the hotel on a daily basis and have lunch at the pool bar which restricts your access to the bar during lunch hours

L’hôtel est vraiment charmant et on s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est serviable, professionnel, à l’écoute et réactif.
Une navette est mise à disposition pour vous emmener où vous le souhaitez en centre-ville jusqu’à 21h30. Le marché de nuit se trouve à environ 10 minutes en navette et les principales activités sont également à proximité.
La literie est très confortable et les chambres sont spacieuses. Je recommande.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est pauvre en choix et peu goûteux.
