Location Cleanliness Cozy Relaxing Well maintained Modern and welcoming.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was the shower water pressure, which was a little too low for my preference. I understand that some guests may enjoy a gentler flow, but I personally prefer stronger water pressure so I can really feel the water while showering. Other than that, my stay was wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the property.💯

Property was perfect, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the air con was perfect and we were provided with essentials for cooking

Loved the location. Very close to the beach and to St. Georges town centre and a fantastic view from of the sea from the balcony. Had a feeling of being in a Carribbean home

Although the apartments were very clean, they need modernising. Would be great to have local guide of things to do, also how the cleaning schedule works. The apartments are close to the main road, so can get noisy when the trucks beep their horns, to make their presence known.

1) Location was ideal as close to supermarkets, takeaways, nearby malls, St George and Grand Anse Beach. 2) Spacious apartment. 3) Safe area. 4) AC in bedrooms. 5) Kind and helpful housekeeper Desery who was available to help us and supply toiletries and towels. We appreciated the host/manager, Alvin, arranging complimentary rum punch. Thank you.

Overall, disappointed with the host/manager's response to rectifying some maintenance concerns and when requested that they visit so we could discuss some issues with the accommodation, they agreed to visit us but did not show up. The host/manager was aware of some issues we had experienced and the need for us to speak with them about some other matters. The issues we experienced unfortunately meant that we did not get reasonable value for money. We experienced: 1) Unreasonable and loud road works early hours of the morning at 2am and loud noise at 6am construction workers next door were building an apartment - we were provided with no notice from the host/manager before travelling or when we were staying at the apartment. We experienced a lack of sleep and no compensation offer for a reasonable discount for this inconvenience which the owner would have been made aware of. Apparently, was ongoing for a year before we travelled. 2)Maintenance issues with the shower - the shower head would not hold in place when showering causing manual holding of the shower head and excessive water on the floor. 3) Ongoing toilet cistern leak which was continuously dripping and was so loud we had to close the bathroom door at night. 4) Misrepresentation of the apartment we booked - we reserved one of the modern 2-bedroom apartments in the block which was meant to be number 3. We instead was given apartment number 4.The apartment we were given was NOT the same as we booked - we were provided with a less modern apartment and think we were overcharged. 5) Incorrectly charged (not based on day's exchange rate) - We reserved the flat at 1890 US. But, were charged in XCD $5136 on 16/02/2026, but the exchange rate of the day should have resulted in us being charged around 5109 XCD (so seems we were charged an extra 30+ XCD). 6) Laundry charging fee of 30 XCD per wash we considered excessive.
