Beautiful and clean

The hotel's was lovely and rustic with plants everywhere and a lush garden. Two agouti would visit and play together on the grass which was cute to watch. Lovely mountain views just outside, spacious rooms and large beds. Tasty breakfast, and the hotel was very reasonably priced for what was included.
Helpful staff, the receptionist put our wet trainers behind the dryer to help them dry as they had soaked during a waterfall excursion which was extremely helpful as we needed them for the next excursion the following day. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing really.
Just a few little mentions:
The TV worked but only had a few Spanish channels no international ones. This didn't bother me as I didn't want to watch. Plus I would just watch Netflix on my phone if I wanted.
WiFi is a little spotty the further away you are from reception.

The breakfast was delicious! The staff was very helpful, such as removing the massive spider from our room and giving recommendations for grocery shopping.
Windows without screens were left open, which allowed insects into the room. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillow were flat. There were so many insects in the room that made the first night so uncomfortable we decided not to stay the second night. There was no refrigerator available.
