La ubicación y la amplitud de los ambientes. La atención del personal del comedor
el baño no resultaba cómodo por falta de elementos para jabón, champú y crema de enjuague en la ducha. Falta de secador de pelo. La ropa de cama algo antigua y o deteriorada

The balcony view was great.
Very good breakfast.
No response from the hotel on the airport pickup.
We faced a very arrogant lady while checking into hotel. The room given to us was not ready and not clean though our check in time was after 2pm. We requested to change the room and got the attitude as if we received the best room in the hotel and still complaining.
The location is ok though a bit far from the center.
Will definitely not stay in this hotel again.
