O lugar é bem vibes natureza, muito fofo, confortável e agradável de estar, no periodo em que ficamos fez frio e calor e ambos foi muito bom de passar tempo na pousada, o pessoal do hotel sempre muito atenciosos e queridos conosco, todas as duvidas foram esclarecidas. Lugar muito bom de passar o final de semana. O cafe da manhã é muito bom, eles preparam para nos com muito carinho e isso deixa tudo mais especial para a estadia, tambem todos os dias que precisei eles lavaram minha cuia de mate e enchiam minha termica.
No nosso segundo dia o boiler do nosso quarto queimou entao tomamos banho na agua fria o q foi desagradável pois esperamos horas para tentar alguma solução mas nao teve jeito. Tentaram de tudo pra resolver, o pessoal do hotel se dedicou muito mas achamos q o aparelho é antigo e resolveu só parte do problema. No outro dia so uma conseguiu um banho morno pois acho q o aparelho n estava funcionando mt bem.

Et le personnel a commencé à le nettoyer le jour de notre départ ?? dommage...
Nous étions 12 personnes : un lit double était en très mauvais état mais le lendemain le personnel nous a changé cette chambre.

Staff attitude of the reception staff is very good.
Breakfast could be improved and varied. It gets boring to eat the same menu everyday and would prefer the boiled eggs to be at least warm/hot when served.
The overall hotel is very dated and unclean. We had to ask the staff to get the pools and jacuzzi cleaned as it was extremely dirty.
