About this house rental

Located in Frisco, this lovely house for $221 per night is a great option for your next trip. OCEANVIEW Frisco - Tides Edge Lane It's easy to see why a vacation at this towering rental home with ocean and sound views SHORE BEATS WORKIN'. You can send the suitcases and groceries up on the Stair Tamer luggage lift, while you jump-start your vacation with a dip in the private pool. The under-house screened porch with hot tub offers a shady respite at the end of a long beach day, and inside you can take a break from the sun in the first level game room with arcade games and television. There's also a convenient full bath, a king bedroom, and king master bedroom with TV/DVD on this level. Head upstairs, and take your pick of 4 comfy bedrooms. There's a king bedroom and bedroom with 2 singles that share a full bath, and two additional king bedrooms that share another full bath. Upstairs, you'll find one more accommodating bedroom, a king master bedroom with TV/DVD and Jacuzzi. Indulge in ocean to sound views from the top level great room with plenty of room to relax in the living area, ample seating in the dining area, and step-outside-the-sliders access to both sound and ocean facing sun decks. With the beach and sound just a quick stroll away, you'll agree that a stay at this vacation home SHORE BEATS WORKIN'. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.  This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. New for 2023: Pool table will be removed and existing area will be converted to a new seventh bedroom with two bunk beds. A game room will feature arcade games and a TV. Bathrooms and hallway will be painted. New for 2022: Painted the entire interior of the home with the exception of bathrooms and hallway. Refinished the kitchen and kitchen countertops. Installed all new smart TVs and added LVP flooring throughout the home except for the stairs. All new interior décor, new blinds, new ceiling fans and recessed lighting. (2 masters) 1 king, 1 king, 1 king, 1 king, 1 king, 2 single, 2 pyramid bunk beds Full linens including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, washcloths provided May 18 - August 30, 2024. Sun went down- roaches came out! All pots and pans were so old and worn couldn’t use because the outer layer was chipping off in our food! Couch was disgusting- shower door was broken- beds were so wobbly couldn’t move they were so uncomfortable- no propane in grill to use- baby pool had a hole in it- refrigerator froze all our food first day at moderate temperature- blinds were broken in every room- fell off hinge when trying to pull them up- every restaurant was closed most of the week due to no workers as well. Overall it was quite a disappointment.

House is in need of serious updating, but served it’s purpose for the week. The pool was very clean, unfortunately it was too chilly to use it-but the hot tub was great!

This property is large and a great value. It needs to be updated, but it worked well for our family. The beach was gorgeous! We would go back- especially to make up for having to be evacuated and leave early :(
