Tons of room for everyone. The pool and outside area was so nice, lots of seating and shade. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was good

One of the best we have ever stayed.

We had a great stay. We were there for a wedding and the proximity to the venue and also Miami Beach was perfect. The house was comfortable. We were in the pool every minute we were at the house. The outdoor space was nice to hang out in too. Our hosts were also very responsive to us if we needed anything!

My family (including 3 adults & 2 teenagers) stayed in this house for 5 nights last week. The house is clean & spacious. We enjoyed the pool a lot, which was as described. The washer/dryer were in great working order & nice to have onsite. There is no pool table, which is in the listing & shown in the photos. There is a ping pong table in its place though, which my kids loved. We noted a few maintenance items that were needed, and hope that the homeowner would tend to those before the next guests stay. We used this house as a home base to go N. to Miami & Miami Beach & S. to Biscayne and Everglades National Parks & it was in a great location to see lots of things. I want to note one thing that is not in the listing & I feel it should be. If looking at the front door of the house, there is a room inside on the left-thinking it was a bedroom previously. The wall has been closed off & there is a side entrance door to it. There is no way to access the room from the house itself & vice versa. We saw a light in there one night so it got me thinking and the homeowner said that her sister goes in there to do laundry. A few days later, we were in the front bedroom when we heard people talking loudly & what sounded like watching TV @ 10:30pm for 30 minutes. This is truly odd to me to have a room in a house blocked off yet attached & people come & go throughout the stay. Due to this, I would not stay in the house again, & felt that I should note this for others interested in staying.
