This was our 2nd time staying at Liz’s property for Spooky Bear weekend and the location being right on Commercial Street with a parking spot included was ideal. The space is a basement level; clean and quiet set apart from the other tenants. Beds are comfortable, shower is very spacious with natural lighting and the full sized kitchen was very convenient. We were not looking for anything with a view for our short weekend stay so this property suited us well, as we were out and about most of the time. Liz is a very reasonable and responsive host, which I appreciated very much. We would gladly stay here again.

We flew 5000 miles to celebrate a special occasion for friends that live in Provincetown. The location was ideal and the photo of the condo was lovely. The actual "condo" was on the backside of the house with uneven stones and stairs leading down to a basement apartment. The key was easy to access and once inside we felt like we were in a basement. The ceilings were low and there was little air ventilation. The bedrooms each had a large portable air unit on the floor with large white tubing exiting through the small window. It was hard to get around the bed and once the unit was on it was very loud. We did not sleep well because of these units. There was also a window air unit of which we did turn on as it was very hot. We did not have any bar or liquid soap in the shower and not even a "hotel" size shampoo/conditioner. Our first evening we went without showers until we could go out and purchase some items the next day. The kitchen had efficient items (coffee maker, glassware, refrigerator, washer/dryer). The living room had a couch, tv, dining table but the room was just small and basement feeling. The outside deck was not used by us. Parking space was helpful. Liz, the owner was polite. It is not handicap accessible (which would be nice to mention in the ad) and with the rain one day the stones walking down were slippery. There was not a smoke alarm, which should be added. We would not choose to stay there again

We had a wonderful stay! Liz’s place is clean and comfortable and very well located. We enjoyed walking out the door and immediately being right in the heart of Ptown. It felt quiet and private which can be hard to find! Great space and well appointed.

Location of this place is great, the unit is sort of in the basement. It has a few windows but no views. We only had 2 issues, the mattress in the larger bedroom needs to be replaced and the a/c unit in the small bedroom doesn’t have a good outlet for the hot air. Overall this is a great place and I would stay here again.

This place was super in so many ways - great location near everything, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Liz was great to work with, and answered the few questions we had promptly and pleasantly. Extra props for the huge shower! Would definitely stay again.

The layout was great, every inch of space was well utilized. The kitchen was truly well appointed. We loved the recessed, walk-in shower! The unit is below ground level, so lighting was at times sub-par, but it stayed wonderfully cool in the 80+ degree heat. The location was ideal for our purposes: a spa, wine, and ‘to-go’ sandwiches within 3 minutes on foot, and a high-end Prix Fixe restaurant right next door. We were attending a wedding at the Brasswood Inn, just four short blocks away. Even the walk from the ferry terminal wasn’t too bad. This was a very nice stay.

Property pictures do not reflect this apartment is actually located in the basement. Great location and well within walking but description should relfect not on main floor. Also water stopped draining and toilet didn't work 2nd day we were there. Property owner was responsive and had someone there to fix right away. Also, we ran out of toilet paper on the first day (no extra). Apartment was clean but do not feel the description or pictures are accurate.

Liz’s place was perfect for our weekend in P town. It was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect and you can easily walk to everything in town. The parking spot was very useful too. Liz was a great host and responsive when we had questions.
