Situated in Avon, this charming house for $164 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. OCEANFRONT Avon- Ocean View Dr. This home has more than WINDOWS TO THE SEA, your family will love relaxing to the sounds of the sea on the two levels of wraparound decks with plenty of seating and accessible by multiple sliders. The first level of the home offers four bedrooms; the king and queen bedroom both have a private bathroom and the single and bunk bedrooms share the hall bath. The king master bedroom with full ensuite bath can be found on the top level along with the great room which offers the convenience of a half bath along with the grandeur of vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV entertainment center, fine furnishings and of course the magnificent views of the sea through the clerestory windows. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and large breakfast bar. The dining area is situated alongside a series of windows and sliders. There is a wet bar at the base of a short set of steps up to a turret with conversational seating surrounded by windows providing panoramic water views. Some people say that your eyes are the windows to your soul. The heart of this home has WINDOWS TO THE SEA. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.) New for 2022: Jacuzzi tub removed. Jack and Jill bathroom converted to two bathrooms, making the adjacent king and queen bedrooms masters. (3 masters) 1 king, 1 king, 1 queen, 2 sets of bunks, 2 single Full linens including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, washcloths provided May 18 - August 30, 2024. Additional linens and towels available for rent. - Non-smoking - 6 TVs - DVD players - Wet bar - Grill - charcoal - Electronic keyless door lock - WiFi - Community swimming pool and tennis courts - 6-Person hot tub - Pillows and blankets - Welcome bag - Dog friendly *Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis courts. You will sign in with the attendant using the house name. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized. This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location. My suggestion would be to fix the broken patio door screens. Otherwise was great.

We enjoyed this house right on the beach. Could walk for miles in each direction. The house was the right size for 7 adults and 2 children and still could have fit several more people. Nice having 4 bathrooms. Located 1 hr or less from major attractions. That made day trips easy. Took the ferry to Ocracoke, visited lighthouses, Fort Raleigh, and Graveyard museum. Plenty to do. Food at The Froggy Dog is the best!

Rented off season. No restaurants were open. With storm last fall 2019, the sand dunes are huge. Could not get over dunes to walk on beach. Stay was nice.
