It was nice to have my own little cottage (actually a duplex but no one was staying in the other half), within an easy walk of the beach. Everything was well kept and there was even a stove (which I didn't know was included). Lady in rental office was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Just the kind of quiet, relaxing stay I wanted.
Some person/people did not take good care of cleaning after their dogs. There was dog poop on my porch and at the beach (nasty). Maybe some doggy poop disposal stations would help, but these people probably don't care.

Close to beach. Walkable to local restaurants.
Empty soda can on top of refrigerator at check-in. No instructions on check out process. Weak wi-fi. TV didn't connect.

The proximity to the beach was nice though no view of it. The area was quiet.
Maybe stock the bathrooms with travel shampoo and the kitchen with some dish soap and basics.
