What we really enjoyed was the feeling that we were staying in a real part of tuscana. The rustic nature of the place and fittings made it feel like a home from home. Yes it took a while to get hot water for a shower and the fittings etc were not swish and sleek but in our view this along with an open fire and endless supplies of logs all added to the charm of the place The icing on the cake was the view from our grassed area/patio was nothing short of breathtaking. Any little niggles were dealt with immediately by Alice who proved to be the perfect host

We had a little difficulty with the oven but again - we were in the countryside so what!!! if you want a sleek city apartment then go to Milano
