Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Assisted when my taxi was late after departure. The property is beautiful and peaceful. I wish we would have had more time.

Perfect location for daily trips to Lucca, Pisa and the coast
Limited choice at breakfast, interior seemed a bit outdated, staff very absent (but this was maybe because it was the last week of the season) and the hot tub that we had with our room was already turned off
