Breakfast was good, a good fresh selection of cold stuff and warm breakfast made on my arrival as opposed to pre-made buffet style. that was nice.
I stayed in the downstairs suite and I felt the bathroom is not private. I also felt that you can hear the activiity in the kitchen.

The location was excellent for our purposesEverything was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Having to boil a kettle in the bottom of the cupboard was a bit unfortunate. A little station is needed to house the tea/coffee facilities.

The room was lovely and very clean, with both a bath and a shower. It also had tea and coffee-making facilities, and I really appreciated the fridge, microwave, and the cutlery and plates provided.
The owners and the manager were all lovely - very welcoming, approachable, and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was included, which was such a treat. There was always a wide variety of fruit, cereals, toast, and jams, as well as a delicious cooked breakfast.
The house itself is beautiful and has so much charm. The location is perfect and feels very safe. I would definitely stay here again.
