Clean, need easier access for elderly and disabled

The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. Inside was fine, location was good.

I originally had F3, I received all the information to unlock the door wifi password. An hour before check-in I happened to look at my text that our reservation had been canceled due to a water leak. Thank goodness I happened to look at my reservation. They were able to put me in another condo. With that being said it was on the 3rd floor and had my mother who barely made it up. We never wanted to leave and have to walk back upstairs. Really cannot believe I got told that an hour before my Chexkin and also I was unaware they never had an elevator. The only other problem. Is it could use more light some of the lights needed to be changed. It was too dark for us pr maybe brighter bulbs. But the no elevator was a letdown. I wouldn't mind the 2nd floor. Definitely wouldn't stay again unless guaranteed 2nd floor. It was very hard for me to carry everything up alone bc my mother couldn't. She also commented on handrails bc they only had wood beam rails it would have helped if she could put her hand around the rail and pull herself up the stairs. I do understand why they canceled my condo. But that is something u I should have known about it way earlier.

Don't Stay Here Ever

Location. Only good thing about it.

Ceramic tile floors cracked/busted throughout. Had to wear shoes so you didn't get cut on your feet entire time. Holes in wall. Dirty. MBA sink wouldn't drain. Coffee pot broken. Filthy dirty; found toe nail clippings on couch. Have photos of everything.

Loved our visit in Pensacola! Swim and saw a sea turtle!

The bed close to the grown was hard to get out for overnight older people the microwave handle was loose the mirror in the bathroom was hanging sideways. The the water picture lid was broken but all in all we enjoyed the apartment. It was cool and comfortable and the other things did not bother us much. We enjoyed Pensacola and I would definitely stay her again. Thank you. I recommend it to some visitors I talked to while on the beach.

It’s a nice little condo, but we were out visiting friends most of the days, only come to sleep at night. But will come

Wished that elevator was a little bit quicker. It’s takes too long to get on . No one was using it. We had to the steps a few times.

Relaxing, comfortable,

Condo was smaller than we anticipated, though very well appointed, clean and comfortable. We would rent again only with walk in shower. And TV in each bedroom.

I am physically impaired.the room I thought we were getting was to have a walk in shower, the condo we got only had tub with shower. I was unable to shower the entire stay. Very disappointed. No tv in gust bedroom. No easy access to beach without driving and trying to find parking place.

5 flights of steps. instructions on getting in the door needs to be updated to read turn knob to the right pull the handle towards you then open. get rid of the 1 release 2 release 3 release 4 release. fix the tiles in the bathroom also.

Loved it and loved eating breakfast on the balcony

Nice well appointed Condo. Nice and close to Beach and only a short Drive or 15Min walk to all the resteraunts

Great location but…

location location location view was incredible morning beach walks security is great unit is clean and Mike from maintenance was great!

The hot tub was not hot, the person on the support line said she could not put a ticket in as she did not have it listed as an amenity! The unit needs a refresh the dining chairs and patio table falling apart. That is how I met Maintenance Mike as he repaired dining chairs. The fridge has rust spots all down the side. I think good review if the unit will show you what needs to be refreshed. We did have a great vacation, when we come back to Pensacola for a visit we would most likely pick another unit unless this is unit was updated.

Stressful booking

Elevator wasn't working and we are senior's unable to climb 4 flights of stairs.. had to cancel late at night and stay somewhere else. No one on-site to Repair elevator.

The view from either side was beautiful!

You received an email that gave you the door code. That's all that was needed and didn't have to worry about a key! Would prefer this option with all rooms!

We were on the top floor and it didn't have an elevator and it was not stated. Some of my guests were not able to get out a lot because of it.

I wasn’t able to stay and I got charged anyways.

I wasn’t even able to check in because I didn’t get the door code until after 7pm. Had to get a different hotel room. Booking.com would not refund my payment.
