Position, interior and space of the apartment, one thing to add the beds in a second room are not for taller people.
The smell in the entrance and inside the apartment is not a pleasant one.. And some parts were covered with dust.

For our needs, it was well located. The place was charming, communication was on point. The shower was excellent.
You can't ignore the bad smell and moisture inside this place, when you sit or just touch the sofa, you feel the humidity. All our clothes even inside the suitcases felt humid. Also in the beds, as soon as you get inside the duvets, you feel the humidity. We woke up sweating every morning.
Toiletries were less than enough. The mint ginger body wash/shampoo/hand soap was super refreshing, but three little pouches for four persons for three nights, it's a bad joke. They left one roll of toilet paper, already in use, not new.

It has many books to read for some book lovers.
The water heater which for me dangerous for someone who is not used to old way of heating the water. I think it needs renovation or repainting because you will definitely smell the molds when you enter. No air conditioners only electric fans
