Beautiful apartment finished to a high spec, stunning views out windows, couldn’t get more Italian! We sat out on the shared balcony area for coffee in morning and in evening which offered a different but still amazing view.

Ultimate location right in the center of the Cita Alta (old town). Super quiet, practical unit layout and very effective AC. Took a taxi from/to the train station which got us right in front of the unit without having to pull luggage through the town. Andrea is a great host and communication was very effective. Highly recommend a visit to Bergamo and staying at Altana.
The only improvement would be to provide some additional bathroom items such as shower gel.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views in an incredible location. It was absolutely spotless with great facilities. The staff were extremely helpful in person and via messages. Highly recommended if you're staying in the Citta Alta. We hope to return.
It's just a personal preference, but a mirror outside of the bathroom would be useful for getting ready.

- Location was amazing
- views from the communal terrace were really nice
- the mezzanine was well designed and constructed
- Extra fees without prior knowledge (city taxes, extra amenities like coffee pods)
- No amenities like toiletries
- dimmed lights from various devices did not allow for a complete dark room at night
- No clear emergency exit and signs / I believe there was none which made us wonder how this place has the right to operate
