The meet and greet by Anna was perfect, on time, super helpful, checked train schedules with us, recommended restaurants, breakfast and even organised our taxi for the following morning...
Location perfect....So easy definitely lived up to their name !!!

The only issue was on my side, I didn't check the beautiful accommodation was on the 3rd floor, my 90 yr old mum struggled to get up there..but she did and LOVED it.

This place is magical. You need to climb four flights of stairs, but the views, the space, the relax... magic. We really enjoyed waking up to the view of historical center of Bergamo, in a quiet and relaxing space. Breakfast from a local coffee or bakery just 3 minutes away, grand sites in front of your door. We hope to be back again:)

- property location (in the center of Citta Alta)
- big rooms
- assistance for finding a parking space and license to enter to Citta Alta
- the 5th person slept in a cot with really thin mattress.
- at night, the rooms were cold due to humidity, but there was no remote control to switch on the A/Cs
- 4th floor without stairs
- not that clean bathroom and spaces
