The apartment is really close to the bus stop from the airport- get off at Porta Nuova and the apartment is 3 minute walk. The agent was responsive to questions. The apartment was clean and fine for a couple of nights.
We knew there was no aircon but we found it very hot in the apartment even though there was a fan in each bedroom.
We arrived late and we had been given the wrong instructions to find the lock box so we couldn't get in. We had to message and try calling at midnight after a long journey. We were then sent the correct details and got in. This could have been avoided but mistakes do happen.
The apartment also smelt badly of smoke when we arrived, it is supposed to be non smoking.

La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta. Es muy amplio, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Las camas todas muy cómodas. La cocina perfectamente equipada con todo, la nevera muy grande. Ambos baños perfectos. El piso tiene mucha iluminación de la calle, algo que se agradece y por la noche es fresquito. Todas las habitaciones tenían ventilador, un súper detalle.

El alojamiento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estupenda estancia. Además entra mucha luz y está muy bien situado, cerca de la estación (7 minutos andando), de la calle comercial y Porta Nuova y del funicular que sube a la citta alta (15 minutos andando). El autobús para ir al aeropuerto también está a 3 minutos a pie.
El personal es muy amable, contestan muy rápido y nos dejaron dejar las maletas después del check out
El sofá cama no es muy cómodo, pero para un par de noches está bien.
