I really liked the location – it’s honestly beautiful. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was really good and filling, with plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and tidied every day, which was great. Overall, the stay felt comfortable and pleasant.
The shower cabins could definitely be better. Also, the biggest issue was noise at night – you can hear loud music from other hotels and bars until around 3 a.m. Because of that, it might not be the best place for families with small kids or for people who are sensitive to noise.

I liked that they offered a menu for the breakfast, and it wasn't pre-set and the same every day. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was in a convenient location.
Not enough amenities in the room (no slippers, trash cans, coat hangers). Lots of infestation problems - ants and bugs. Also, not just the hotel, but many places nearby, restaurants, stores, coffee shops, didn't accept cards, only cash. Which made it quite inconvenient, cause any ATM had a flat fee of 800 ALL (around 8€) for pulling out cash. So before going to Ksamil, it's best to be prepared to have cash at hand. Some places accept euros as well, so that makes it slightly easier.
