John's apparentment was amazing. We were a group of 3 girls on a beach holiday and couldn't have picked better. The view from the balcony was stunning. Room was air conditioned and immaculately clean. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. The location is prime and also a little removed from the main strip which made it feel safer. I would recommend this guesthouse 10/10.

Fabulous view of the sunset for dinner, great location to get into Ksamil but just enough out the way to not be too noisey, great value for money, good room lovely staff straight forward check in and out.
Could have been more storage for clothes and a safe.

The location was stunning and if you go during high season when everything is open is would be much nicer. Unfortunately during our trip not much was open in the guest house. The water was also not very warm for showers. The staff were really quite pleasant and when asked arranged a kettle for us.
