Vue époustouflante

Chambre simple mais spacieuse avec grande salle de bain , l’atout exceptionnel de l’établissement est l’extérieur : un grand jardin avec une vue époustouflante sur la magnifique baie de Ksamil . de la vaisselle et une bouilloire sont à disposition. Excellent rapport qualité prix. La ville en elle même n’a pas beaucoup d’intérêt mais la péninsule est belle, les plages sont paradisiaque. Cet établissement est un havre de paix que nous avons énormément apprécié

Terrazza abitabile con vista su Ksamil, il mare, le 3 isole e Corfu. Stupendo! Camera era abbastanza spaziosa per quello che serviva a noi.

Usando la doccia in 4 persone si bagna tutto il pavimento del bagno praticamente. Purtroppo il loro bar non era ancora aperto e non lo sapevamo. Il posto e' talmente bello in cima alla collina che ci e' dispiaciuta non poter mangiare o fare aperitivo con quella vista stupenda.

A gem you have to book in Ksamil!

This was our best accommodation in the whole of Albania. Words can’t explain how much I would recommend this stay! Breathtaking view and a short 10 minute walk to the busy centre.

THE place to stay!

The wonderful family hosts , especially dad with his home made Raki. It is spotless, great beds and a view to die for. Breakfast and dinner amazing. Highly recommend.

We wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked!

Beautiful quiet spot

Beautiful spot a short distance from the beaches and restaurants. Stunning view from room and the terrace. Super warm welcome from the staff, warm homely environment. Easy check in and check out.

Beautiful view over Ksamil Bay

Jons guesthouse has a wonderful view over the bay of Ksamil! The garden looks very cozy with all the lemon and olive trees. The room was clean and quite big. Jon welcomed us very warmly with (2-3) shots of his home made raki. Eventhough he doesn´t speak a lot of english, the communication worked well. The bar looked nice but sadly was closed during our stay. Every room has it´s own little terrasse which was very nice!

The room and bathroom were quite simple which made it less comfortable. Unfortunatly there weren´t hangers or a hairdryer.

no hangers for jackets in the room, only small soaps in the bathroom no shower gel or shampoo, no separation between terrraces of rooms nearby

Not perfect, but has character

Amazing view from the terrace! Very cozy place to chill after a day on the beach. Nice host. In a town full of soulless apartments and hotels this place still has character. Easy to find and easy parking.

The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately. Also water kept running through the toilet which made noise at night.

Fantastic location- wonderful panoramic view of the islands and 5 min ( steep) walk to the beach. Simple clean and spacious room , excellent shower, lovely terrace with sea view. Host is really welcoming..

Location was good, the view was amazing. There was a possibility of hanging your clothes out to dry and to sit outside. It was a good place to stay for 2 nights.

The route to the beach of 3 minutes was very steep. It's better to take the "long" way around of approximate 10 minutes. The restaurant was closed unfortunately, but that's just because it's off season.

The most beautiful views and lovely relaxing terrace with shade and flowers. close to beach and shops and cafes. Butrint worth a trip.

the loud music at night - but that is the whole resort and not anything the property can help with .

Great value and friendly atmosphere

A lovely place with a stunning view. We were well taken care of by the friendly family. Room and facilities are simple but met our expectations. I think i would choose this place over any other overcrowded hotel in the area and great value for the money.

Top 5 views of my life!

John’s Guesthouse is really super! We have been travelling a lot and we have seen many wonderful places i Europe, Asia and Africa. The view from our room upstairs was BRILLIANT (room 3).

There is a lot of noice pollution (extreme music) from the bars at the beach. I really hope someone will make this stop, because a few people destroy for many hundreds of people.

a beautiful place with a great view and great hosts

the property is up the hill with lots of nice spots to chill sit and enjoy the view. it’s just a few min to the beach. we loved our minimalistic and clean room with the terrace. the hosts are super !! and we loved the selfmade lemon marmalade it’s delicious

amzing views and modern rooms.

Honestly the perfect location for such a touristy town. so glad we found this place as staying in the centre of Ksamil would not have compared. it’s only a short walk to the centre and the beach (5mins), and the view is unbeatable.

The breakfasts was OK. comparative a little more expensive for what you get.

Look no further

The location is by far the best in Ksamil — a Mediterranean slice of heaven. The view from the place over the beaches, Ksamil islands and Corfu is stunning, and also the ideal place to watch the sunset while sipping home made white wine. The Greek couple running the family owned business is one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever come across on my travels: insightful, respectful and so genuine! Both the place and the hosts are a rare gem to find!

Awful and noisy night

The view and location were great

We had an awful night because some young drunk customers (our room neighbours) next to the guesthouse bar and next our door were shouting and singin past midnight. The host didn't seem to care when we told him about this. He said it was from other hotels which is not true.

The view from the terrace is just amazing. The beaches are well within walking distance and well reachable with a stroller. The family running this place are really nice and helpful people. The personal space at this guesthouse is perfect. Don’t know why you should stay anywhere else in Ksamil :)
