Everything was great, the host was very polite and kind, helping us with everything. The breakfast buffet was great. Also very good position, in the center, close to any beach and supermarkets. Everywhere clean and tidy and also very good and big rooms. It was such a good experience, he are sad leaving this place. The best acommodation we ever had in Ksamil. Thank you so much!!

We had an amazing stay in Villa Mataj Ksamil! The location was perfect and made it so easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Проживали на вилле Mataj в Августе 2026. Отдых прошел превосходно. У нас был удобный, комфортный 3 местный номер на 2 этаже с большим балконом. В номере есть холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер. На балконе имеется сушилка для одежды и столик со стульями, где приятно завтракать и проводить вечера. В стоимость проживания входит завтрак, который хозяева организуют по принципу шведского стола прямо на этаже. Всё вкусное и свежее. Расположение виллы отличное, до центра Ксамиля 5 минут ходьбы, до ближайшего пляжа - 10 минут спокойным шагом. Хозяева виллы Хати и Гуси очень гостеприимные и добрые люди, которые всегда стараются помочь постояльцам с любыми проблемами. Также благодаря совету Хати мы посетили несколько прекрасных ресторанов. Рекомендуем виллу Mataj для отдыха и наша огромная благодарность хозяевам виллы за прекрасный отдых.

La situation de l'hôtel et le parking.
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour 3 nuits, nous avons été délogés la premiere nuit...
Puis la chambre n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. et encore moins la salle de bain..
Regardez bien toutes les photos des chambres car les dernières montrent une chambre et une salle de bain un peu archaïques... dans laquelle nous avons séjourné.
Le petit déjeuner était très basique.
les propriétaires ont une façon spéciale de gérer les réservations : non seulement nous avons été délogés mais en rentrant nous avons reçu une modification de notre réservation pour dans 3 mois puis une demande d'annulation...
Bref, c'est la seule expérience mitigée de notre séjour de 15 jours en Albanie.
il y a mieux à proximité pour un prix inférieur ou égal.
