La atención del personal. Tuvimos un problema con la batería del coche y ellos se ofrecieron a ayudarnos y nos lo solucionaron. Hotel silencioso, bien situado, con desayuno buffet y parking en la puerta.

The bed was comfy and the location was excellent. The Bus stopped just 2mins away taking us to and from Sarande. There’s beaches nearby too and restaurants, bakery’s and pharmacy’s etc all just outside.
The air conditioning was okay. We also had our clothes washed and dried and they were great with that.
It was a very compact room and the balcony was always in shade but it wasn’t bad. It may have been small but it was clean and comfy. Communication with the workers at the hotel was minimal, but that’s fine too. They weren’t unfriendly or anything like that.

Localização central em Ksamil, perto das praias e da rua principal que tem os restaurantes e mercados. Ótimo custo benefício.
O staff me parece ser membros da mesma família e aí nem todos falam inglês para ajudar, mas nada demais.

L’hôtel étais bien situation, et très bon accueil et service
Le petit déjeuner, les rideaux de chambre étais pas du tout occultant, pas de place dans la salle de bain.
Et là vu du balcon n’étais pas terrible.
