Excellent location, staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. Hotel was very clean. Great variety of food for the buffet breakfast.
Not enough sun beds on the beach or at the pool to accommodate the amount of people at the hotel.
It would be good if the hotel pool was opened later.

Air-Conditioning lacking at Cafe Level 2 during lunch. Not sure if it was turned off or not working.

Room and views were fantastic, buffet breakfast was great, friendly staff.
Pool area had no vibe and not enough lounges. Could never get a seat and too crowded and noisy. The wait for the lifts was horrendous. Rear lift for levels 6 - 21 that no one used was not helpful as no one used them and we were on floor 38. Took ages to get to G floor and the lifts were always over crowded and hot.

The hotel staff were very helpful.
The hotel is too busy, too noisy and the breakfast quality is not that great. The hotel only has nine beach umbrellas and cramn 4 loungers under each one, but only 2 can get shade at any time. The staff supervising the umbrellas are rude, not very helpful, and don't bother to clean the cushions on the loungers.
