The hotel's location is strategic for saving time during the trip, as it is close to malls, cafes, the beach, and lively attractions. The hotel is clean and quiet, and all the staff make a great effort to keep the guests happy. Additionally, there is a wide swimming pool and a varied breakfast. I should also mention that the restaurant sometimes accommodates special requests, especially if Asian cuisine doesn't suit your taste.
I would like to give special thanks to the receptionists: Chau-Celia and Thao-Jolie, as well as the restaurant staff: Nang-Narin and Khanh-Kathryn. Words are not enough to thank these girls for the great effort they put into making guests happy, and many thanks to all the working staff and the successful management. Because of you, we loved both the hotel and the place. Thank you all.
There is plenty of open space in the lobby that could be enhanced with decor to make the place more welcoming and energetic. It would also be great if management could tailor the breakfast to international tastes, especially Arab preferences, as Vietnam is seeing a rise in Arab visitors. Also I wish you increase the number of sunbeds on the beach.
