About this house rental

Nestled in Avon, this lovely house for $178 per night is a great choice for your next trip. SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon - Ocean View Dr. - SEA WINDS, located in Avon's desirable Kinnakeet Shores, just one lot back from the ocean affords great ocean view with easy access to the beach just across the street. Start your family vacation in the large pool area overlooked by the hot tub and gas grill on the deck. Step inside the game room and find a pool table, large screen TV with Xbox and Playstation 2, wet bar with mini-fridge, microwave, and convenient half bath. Take the elevator up or climb the stairs to the mid-level for four bedrooms including 2 king masters, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and semi-private bath, and 1 bedroom with pyramid bunk and single bed. The laundry is conveniently located on this level as well. The top level of the home features 2 more master bedrooms, 1 queen master with handicap friendly bath and 1 king master with tile shower. The great room will impress the family with vaulted ceilings, beautiful ocean views, wet bar with wine cooler and mini-fridge, and entertainment center with 55" HDTV home theater system with surround sound and BluRay player. The well equipped kitchen is sure to please with upgraded appliances and 2 ovens. The amenities of this home are rounded out by extensive front and rear decking, ceiling fans in all bedrooms (except the bunk bedroom) and the great room, 2 hot/cold outdoor showers and fish cleaning station. With its lovely decor and well appointed amenities, SEA WINDS will take your breath away. New for 2023: New decking. New paint in all common areas. New exterior paint. New for 2022: New washer and dryer. New grill. New jetted tub. (4 masters) 1 king, 1 king, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 pyramid bunk and 1 single, 2 single Full linens including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, washcloths provided May 18 - August 30, 2024. Additional linens and towels available for rent. This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
