Staff was friendly and helpful. Location right in old town was perfect. Breakfast included coffee and pastries and yogurt.

Location is not bad - 7 mins walk from Villa d’Este and 2-5 mins from center. Parking place and grocery shops are within 5-7 mins walk.
No shampoo, just liquid soap. No wine glasses. The third bed was just bad - my son never complained before this time about quality. The breakfast just shameful, in fact it can’t be called “breakfast”; coffee - maybe the worst in Italy.
