Good location, close to city center, and to most bus/tram stations. And a 10 min ride to old Venice
It was clean, confortable, acomodated easly 4 adults and 2 kids.

Accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Just 10 minute walk from Mestre station or from Mestre centre which made it ideal for sightseeing in Venice. Quiet neighbourhood. Felt very safe to walk around in the evenings.

The apartment was spacious and has a fridge.
The bed was the most uncomfortable during our 15 night trip. It felt like there was a plastic tarp under the sheet. I would not recommend staying in Mestre and taking the train to Venice. Though convenient, Mestre is too sketchy. We didn't feel safe walking to the train station. Another clue was seeing discarded stolen luggage in several places on the streets. We didn't stay in Mestre insead of Venice because it was cheaper. We were trying to avoid humping luggage from boats to stairs and walkways during acqua alta. Mestre is a no-go for us.
