The staff are professional. The hotel is clean, and the rooms were spacious.
You have to ask for the housekeeping to tidy up the room. But once you did, they'll be there in less than a minute
The shuttle bus service was great when it was shuttling to Bab Ali and then, from Bab Ali shuttles to Mahbis Aljin. Unfortunately, the last night in my stay, they changed the route to shuttle directly to Harram, but to far bus station near Ghaza district, which took approximately 20 minutes walking to enter Harram. I hope they consider moving back to the old route.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Location is near Haram
Even the hotel is close to haram the shuttle service dropped us too far away from Haram on first night that I couldn’t use it for the rest of my days. They need to drop near clock tower. Secondly I booked a King bed room but the bed had two mattresses instead of a kind size mattress
