I like the rooms, suites entrance lobby, the hotel was very specious and perfect from all aspects, the only point effected is the reception staff Mr.Abdulrahman.
The way he dealt with us and the time taken to give us the room, he was not Proffitional at all I(in a moment I expect he is the hotel owner not just an employee).
Mr.Abdulrahman the receptionist need course in customer service. very rood and not respect at all.

It is ok but this is my 2nd stay in this property in one and half year and it showed that quality and Maintanance id getting low
