We won’t be staying here again!

Good Location, parking garage was convenient

Our apartment was not cleaned properly- I had to ask staff to clean it. The bed was too small (felt like a double not a Queen) extremely uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved or rolled over. The lady at the front desk (who I believe was the manager) was so rude and patronising…

With long driving time, I needed my sleep and rest, couldn’t get it, won’t stay again sadly.

The beds were so hard, ( even a pillow top cover over the mattress would be a little something, was like concrete)we couldn’t sleep any night, I got back ache from the bed not the 8 hours travelling!😡 The pool was closed for repairs, so teens couldn’t swim, needed to be stated before hand, and the parking spot was so tiny needed to get all out of the car before going into the parking spot. The staff were friendly, and facilities were clean.

Great location

The furniture very tired, kitchen items very minimal, felt like staying at the family holiday unit filled with the mix matched hand me downs. Have previously stayed in a different unit in the complex which was beautifully presented and felt very luxurious. A completely different experience.

Great location overlooking the river. Close to public transport - train & ferry. Spacious clean, comfy apartment well equipped.

The location , security, Well appointed apartment.

The bed - mattress sagged in the middle and was really hard. The pillows were super hard also.

Unit was clean, comfortable beds but no meals and no aircon in bedrooms.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to the Wesley for my day surgery and beds very comfortable.

No individual air-conditioners in the bedrooms and the only aircon in the apartment blew directly onto the couch area which was uncomfortable but performed poorly in cooling the bedrooms. No b'fast or provision of meals when one has no car makes a stay over several days very difficult. My elderly mother was unable to traverse the steep hill to The Wesley for meals and other places too far away so ordering in was only option and not desirable.

Great location. Well furnished apartment

Really close to the train station. Very close to the river and a lovely walk. Good sized patio area. Comfy bed

There was no fan in the bathroom. Thought we would have been provided with a more generous amount of shower gel/shampoo. The hill to get back to Auchenflower Station would not be easily accessible to elderly or less mobile.

Check in was good with room key and instructions in a lock box, flexibility for date changes and centrally located for our appointments in Auchenflower.

there was a stench from the refuse chute in the hallway on our floor each day and it was very strong on Thursday, like the smell from rotting garbage.

having stayed here before, we noticed a decline in the overall condition of the unit. It looks careworn and needs a freshen up. Toilet cistern leaking, no tea towel, no air-con in master bedroom but a pedestal fan was made available. Bed in master bedroom was not terribly comfortable. Kate, our helpful check in lady, was made aware of the toilet issue and was very helpful.

Recharge for a mini family trip before heading to hospital appointments today. perfect 😍

Location was perfect. amazing views Pool was stunning

Gorgeous propery , great location, fabulous amenities .The only thing that wasn't great was the WiFi. Which was such a poor connection that it was non usable

Worst place to stay

The pillow I took with me from home. This place is certainly a let down

Extreemly dissatisfied, dirty bed sheets all over the couch. Whole apartment Not clean at all. Bathroom smell so bad. It was all bad

This place could be excellent but it needs some money spent on it.

It was a good size. Pool area was nice and the staff were friendly

This place is tired. It needs some refurbishments. The lights were very dim, the lamps didn't work and were a bit busted up. There was 2 of everything in terms of glasses, plates etc... when 3 people were staying. The furniture was well and truly worn out. There were plenty of random plumbing smells and damp. The sauna wasn't really working (which is fairly typical of these places to be fair.. nobody seems to maintain them). Bed was pretty average and bedding was a sheet and some acrylic blankets. My allergies were going mad by the time I left.

Disappointing

Location was good. Great view of the river

Beds were hard, sunken and uncomfortable. Several lights did not work. No ceiling fans in rooms. They charged a $300 security deposit that was not communicated when booking.

Pleasant

Location was great with good access to the river, South bank, and the university. Balcony was quite large with great views of the river. The apartment was a good size for families with two separate bedrooms.

The apartment was very dirty. The kitchen floors were very sticky and the grime was clearly visible. The kitchen bench was also grimy. Even the glasses were dirty and we had to wash all of the plates as well as we couldn't trust anything to be clean. The carpet also was badly marked and dirty. Not good enough normally let alone in this Covid period. You can see that the carpets in the lift hallways have been replaced, which makes the room more disappointing. The beds and mattresses were also quite old.
