Breakfast and dinner was amazing. Try especially the “Begendi” dishes, which was one of the best begendi İ ever tasted. Our room had a terrace at ground floor and was very convenient and relaxing. The 5 pm tea and dessert treats were also a nice surprise.
Small suggestion: a hook outside the room to hang the beach towels would be more convenient. Other than that everything else was very nice.

Küçük ve butik bir yer, odalar temiz ve konaklama için gereken temel şeyler mevcut; ancak odalarda keyifle vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir TV olmaması bir eksiklikti. Lakin odadaki klima da resmen can çekişiyor; çıkardığı ses ve kokudan rahatsız olmamak elde değil, kesinlikle elden geçmesi gerekiyor.
Yemeklerin tadı genel olarak fena değildi, ancak benim şanssızlığıma ahtapot güveç iyi çıkmadı ve hafif zehirlenmeme sebep oldu, bu konuda biraz daha dikkatli olmaları şart.
Çalışanlar ellerinden geleni yapıyor, servis kalitesi güler yüzlü ancak çok yüksek bir beklentide olmamak lazım. Gözlemlediğim kadarıyla otelin daimi müşterileri mevcut ve işletme sahipleri onlarla çok daha fazla ilgileniyor.
Öte yandan, deniz harika ve şezlong sayısı kaldığım tarihler için gayet yeterliydi.
Kısaca özetlemek gerekirse; beklentilerinizi çok yükseltmeden gelebileceğiniz, orta seviye bir işletme denebilir.

Konumu , denize uzaklığı , işletmeciler Hülya hanım ve Mehtap hanım ilk günden itibaren çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydüler. Kahvaltısı, çalışanların tutum ve davranışları her şey harikaydı. Odanın manzarası muhteşemdi ve merkeze bir tık uzak olması sessiz ve sakin bir ortam yaratıyordu ve bunu da çok sevdik.

Nice sea view, quiet, good place to rest. High quality breakfast, very very helpful staff (besides the owners). Nice place to lie down on the sunbeds to get a good sun tan.
Welcome was quite poor. No proper greetings. No information was given at the reception by Hülya hanım (owner) which I learned the name from their staff. She tried to be friendly on day 2. We stayed 3 days and at the checkout wanted to give feedback and would decide my rating between 7 or 8. The owner (guy) had no intention of receiving feedback.
For breakfast times, WiFi, towels etc no information given at the entrance. The owners (guy) approach: you should have read the rules. Very unprofessional. I believe Hülya hanım could have saved the situation. Either way there is very much room for them to learn..
Sea has a nice view but Selimiye has planktons which feels like a bite. You get used to this. It is bearable unless you can have allergies like me. Also sea can be not so clean time to time.
