Everything! It was wonderful, we loved it

Nothing, the only thing was the stairs with the luggage but this really wasn’t an issue overall.

!El mejor alojamiento Italia!

Es precioso y muy confortable. Cuentan con café y especias, además jabones y aceites de olores. Adicional a la lavadora, lavavajillas y secadora tienen el jabón. Nos recibieron con botella de vino. Se nos rompieron 2 copas y no nos las obraron. Todos muy gentiles

El apartamengo esta en 2do piso y no. Cuenta con ascensor, aunque para nosotros no fue un problema, pues somos 4 adultos sin incapacidades y nos ayudáron a subir las maletas

Eccezionale appartamento!

Veramente mi è piaciuto tutto!! Bellissimo appartamento!!! Molto molto confortevole e spazioso, c'era di tutto in cucina per cucinare. I bagni molto belli e comodi sempre con acqua calda. C'erano dei piccoli set con bagnodoccia di lavanda che ho adorato! Anche un gran spazio sul terrazzo per i miei cani. E la vista al Colosseo indimenticabile! Quanto mi avessi piaciuto restare di più!! Veramente un 10 l'appartamento è lo staff molto gentile e predisposto, grazie mille!!

BELLISSIMO! We had a marvelous stay! GRAZIE!

1) The accommodations were superb! Very clean and comfortable, very roomy and spacious. Sharing photos of the outside, front door of unit and bedroom. 2) location-near the Colosseo, a church, restaurants, small grocery, cafes

1) no lift, apartment was at Level 1. Two flights of stairs w luggage and a bum knee and hip were a bit too much for me but good thing I had my 3 sons w me. 2) Sorry, but the paintings all over were a bit too modern, too many human forms, some creepy (bathroom), for my taste. The one in the bathroom had a male face w big eyes as if staring at you as u bathe and do personal rituals in the toilet. 3) a bit pricey but this is offset by nice accommodations, 3 rooms w individual T/B, great location, superb facilities and even a complimentary bottle of wine.

Amazing New Year break in Rome

We stayed in the 2 bedroom, third floor apartment with a terrace. Exceptional apartment, very well presented and clean with an amazing view of the colosseum from the balcony and rooftop terrace, which was perfect to watch new year fireworks from. The staff/host were friendly and happy to help. We arrived late in the evening and opted for self check-in but we were still greeted and assisted with our luggage up the stairs, as we had a young child with us and they even kindly waved the post 9pm check-in fee. A nice bottle of red wine awaited us when we arrived. The apartment is in a lovely area for restaurants, bars, a supermarket and central so we mostly walked around the sites. We would stay again when we return to Rome (we did throw a coin in the Trevi fountain after all).

Nothing personally, but if you struggle with stairs you may find it difficult to access the third floor apartment and roof terrace.

Bona estada..

Molt a prop del Coliseum, barri tranquil amb serveis. Pizzeries, super etc. L apartament té molt detalls com xabó, aigua etc.

Les persones de recepció tot i que fan tot per entendre'ns no mes parlavem anglès.

Really nice apartment and perfect location for sightseeing

We loved how spacious the apartment was with two bathrooms, a big living room and a small balcony in addition the the private rooftop terrace. You could see the Colosseum from the balcony and the terrace, it looked amazing at night. The air con was really good too which helped as it was 38 degrees outside during our stay.

The dishwasher was out of order during our stay. No big deal and we were informed on arrival.

The location is very comfortable The apartment is equipped with totally everything The atmosphere in the roof is amazing The hosts are very nice and helpful We had everything we needed and much more

The only disadvantage is that there is no elevator But it was ok and the host waited for us and helped with the suitcase

It was just so beautiful and we had such a wonderful stay.

The property was only accessible by the key that was given to us by the property manager upon arrival, so that made us feel safe. The location is so perfect, literally down the road from the Colosseum, which can be seen from the apartment window.

A great apartment to stay in. Well taken care of

A great apartment with the dreamiest terrace . Cute place with everything you need. Didn’t realise it had a washing machine which was very needed. Anything we needed was a message away and it was sorted. Great location with the colosseum as your view. A wonderful stay here.

Location and hosts excellent - central location and only 10 mins walk from the Colosseum, whilst being far enough away to be able to feel "away" from the tourists. Hosts on hand to answer questions and help in any way.

Peace, comfort and the best Roman vibes, a stones throw from the Colloseo. Magic!

The apartment was a quiet, peaceful haven in the centre of historic Rome. The colosseum (and all the tourists) are right there but when you close all the double glazed windows it feels as though you could be in any quiet neighbourhood. The host and his team were also incredibly obliging and kind, we felt absolutely taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our apartment. The roof top terrace was a special bonus!

The three flights of stairs might be a problem for some, but we managed. We didn't have too much luggage, and it is part of the deal when staying in an old building in an ancient city.

Location 10/10

The location of this place was 10/10. Everything necessary is walking distance. Especially the colloseum! Restaurants, pharmacy, market. My husband and I walked 20-25 minutes with no problem to piazza navona without a problem.

The staff who checked us in. He was rude, rushing us, and not helpful at all.

Cute appartment next to the Colosseum

Excellent location near the Colosseum. Small and very cute appartment with all services and ammenities. The host was very kind and accomodating. Perfect for solo travellers or couples.

There's always very minor nitpicking to be done, but it wouldn't be fair. The appartment and experience was excellent.

Superb

Great Appartement! Very good equipment in the kitchen and it was very warm eben though we stayed there in february. The place looked exactly like in the photos and was located only 3 min from the colosseum. Would recommend for friends or couples!

Everything was great. The host was super friendly and helpful, they gave all the tips around Rome, since it was our first time. Apartment super comfy and spacious.

All was great, there was nothing that we couldn't like about our stay. Would definitely stay again here!

The views were amazing and the staff were SO accommodating

The shower was small and the door didn’t shut all the way. Also, don’t use the handheld shower head because it only puts out freezing water!

I and my travel companions absolutely loved the place and will book it every time we decide to go to Rome again <3 We stayed at Sveva apartment (Restart Accommodation has multiple apartments as you know) and it not only met the expectations but exceeded them: - It is specious - equipped with everything we might have needed throughout our stay. - TERRACE <3 - perfect location (Colosseum is in walking distance and is visible from the apartment). metro is next to Colosseum so it was easy to get to the other parts of the city. - eating places, grocery stores (including Carrefour) were nearby - tour agency (Gladiator Tours) 1-2 minutes walk from us and they helped us a lot to get entry tickets to Colosseum and Vatican City. - The check-in was smooth, the company was in touch with us even before the arrival to ensure timely check in. - Taxi is 5 minutes walk - on the way to the taxi area, the money exchange booth sells the local sim-cards as well (Vodafone with prepaid internet)

The Sveva apartment is on the third floor and you have to walk upstairs. We were without large baggage therefore it didn't cause any inconvenience for us but for those who are travelling with a lot of luggage, know that the building does not have an elevator. It should be noted that the company warned us about it as soon as I booked it to avoid any unpleasant surprises. We appreciated that a lot.

Lovely, well equipped comfortable apartment. Nice balcony overlooking a small courtyard. Great location being the Coloseum. Very cool large shower with atmospheric lighting! Great neighbourhood for authentic restaurants and cocktail bars.

Street noise, but to be expected in Rome.

Very good

Location was close to Colesseum and there were many rests close by.

Location was further away from other key atttactions in Rome so about 1,/2 hour walk. Not negative just notable.

Incredible apartment

This place is amazing. The apartment is incredibly beautiful and spacious. Absolutely everything you need is at this location. You get a private rooftop balcony that is amazing in the evenings with spectacular views.
