Modern, clean, super friendly staff, wonderful rooftop facilities, patio off the room to sit and relax.
The parking was explained to us as valet parking with the car arriving 10 minutes after a request. In reality access to the car was a driver in his own car picking you up at hotel and cramming multiple people inside and with questionable driving skills taking us to a lot outside town run by people living in trailers at the site. On checkout day a van crammed everyone and baggage and deposited us at the lot. Wanted cash payment but we insisted by card. An overall stress we would have preferred to avoid. An upscale hotel should have a more suitable solution.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
No Bar or restaurant except breakfast.
Whirlpool was not hot( like we found in much of Sicily) we prefer “hot” hot tubs- especially at night after a long day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Perfect location walking distance to all the restaurants in San Vito Lo Capo and the main beach.
Parking is a valet service where they have to take you car each time. Not much the hotel can do about this since parking space is limited but something to be aware of.

Location was not bad, however there are more hotels nearby the beach. Hotel was clean and classy somehow bit not worth the cost compared to other properties. For an hotel 3 stars, facilities and services could be better.
TV not smart, shower cabinet not that comfy. Breakfast has very little options, not worth the money as well.
