Tolle Lage nettes Personal vorallem beim Frühstück sehr nett. Fantastisches Restaurant.
Wir waren nicht im Hotel wie auf den Fotos gezeigt sondern 3 Häuser weiter hinter der Küche. Kein Lift. Unsere Dusche war kaputt da der Boden voller Wasser war. Die Dame am Empfang erklärte mir, wie ich (40jähriger Mann) duschen muss Richtung Wand wie Sie es auch ihrem Sohn erklärt. Ich habe ihr gesagt, dass ich nicht ihr Sohn bin, sondern ein zahlender Kunde und möchte, dass die Dusche repariert wird.

Perfekt läge, nära till stranden och alla restauranger. Men tyst och lugnt om kvällarna. Maten på restaurangen och servicen var otrolig. Speciellt servitören Joele, så snäll och trevlig.

Breakfast staff was really nice, we got there at the last minute and they made us cappuccinos anyway with a smile on their face.
The receptionist Anna set a negative tone since the check-in, which lasted all our stay. We didn’t feel welcome at all. This partially ruined our visit in San Vito as my partner felt discriminated. We did check out a day earlier without a refund, the only positive note is that she didn’t make us pay 10€ of beach pass considering we lost more than 100€ of non-refundable reservation.
