Nossa estadia foi muito boa e realmente não temos nada do que reclamar. O quarto era super confortável, tudo estava muito limpo, o banheiro era ótimo, as toalhas estavam cheirosas e a cama era muito confortável.
Mas, sem dúvida, o melhor de toda a estadia foi o contato com os funcionários. Todos foram extremamente atenciosos, queridos, simpáticos e prestativos. Depois de toda a situação estressante que tivemos antes de chegar ao hotel, encontrar pessoas tão acolhedoras e dispostas a nos ajudar tornou a nossa estadia ainda mais especial e agradável. Isso fez toda a diferença para nós.
Também adoramos o serviços que lhe oferecem por €15 para quem já fez o check-out. Um banho com toalhas e sabonete.
Ficamos muito felizes com a nossa escolha e somos muito gratos pela forma como fomos recebidos e tratados. Obrigada a toda a equipe por tornar a nossa estadia muito mais agradável!
O único ponto que talvez pudesse ser revisto é o valor de €30 cobrado pelo berço. Achamos o preço um pouco elevado para o tipo de berço disponibilizado e talvez um valor mais baixo, ou até mesmo a disponibilização sem custo, fosse algo a considerar, especialmente para famílias que viajam com crianças pequenas.

La posizione, 250 m. dal centro e la colazione.
La mia stanza era priva di balcone quindi ho avuto difficoltá ad asciugare i costumi bagnati.
Cosa ancor più grave, lo spazio vitale tra il w.c. ed il bidet (vedasi foto allegata) era ridottissimo tale da non consentirmi l'accesso; Immaginate il disagio avuto per l'intero soggiorno. L'inconveniente è stato riferito alla reception senza aver ottenuto comprensione minimizzando il problema, suggerendo di farmi ogni volta la doccia.
