Room is comfortable and spacious.
Beds are comfy and it is quiet.
Everything is provided and room service is doing a great job.
The spa on 8th floor - I had the best Thai massage (mix of Thai and Chinese in reality).
Staff cannot speak english. It could be improved, especially coming from a hotel like this.

Everything! We checked out at midnight 2am to reach the airport. Upon reaching the airport we came to know our flight was rescheduled and we called Hilton and came back requesting them to re check in in our same room. They checked us back in and our next flight was in late evening at 7pm so they we were kind enough to provide us a late check out. Best hospitality
