On the 11st floor the carpet needs a deep clean on both sides or replace for a location to this magnitude also the front desk personnel specifically the guys need to smile often

Sehr großzüge gut ausgestattete Zimmer, jedoch merkwürdiges Elektrokonzept. Sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings gibt es dort dann auch NICHTS was zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
Das Personal ist durch die Bank weg mit allem völlig überfordert und spricht nahezu kein englisch. Nichts passiert von allein, alles nur auf Nachfrage oder gar nicht. Einfachste Sachen (Taxi bestellen) werden zum fast unlösbaren Problem. Houskeeping eher auf 2 Sterne Niveau. Wer nichts erwartet ist hier gut aufgehoben.
