The location was great ;close enough to the town center and yet quiet; bus stop nearby which was useful for our daily excursions by bus; ground floor unit was perfect ( cool despite quite hot weather).

Very friendly, caring & welcoming staff and owner. Very animal friendly. Great location for resting, hiking - just at the trails, surrounded by nature. Bus stop right in front to get to other places - no need to use the car.

The location is perfect, takes less than 10 mins to reach the Kizsteinhorn parking. The hotel has a room in the basement for storing skis and boots (boots dryer is available to use too). Free parking is included in the price; Check-in was easy and clear. Host and Staff are very responsive and friendly. I'd come back again for sure in the future if we ever come back to Kitzsteinhorn for skiing holidays.
The bed in the room I stayed in was too soft, I experienced back pain after spending 5 nights on it.

Good location, great pillows, parking spots, easy check in and out
Black mold in the bathroom, spider webs, the „double bed“ is two single beds pushed together, exceptionally poor breakfast, haven‘t seen any personell during the stay
