Great service and nice people in there. The room and furniture was used and not a good looking one in The room.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die renovierten Hotelbereiche (inkl Bad) sind schön, die Betten waren für uns ok, wir haben gut geschlafen. Wir hatten 3BZ, diese waren wirklich sehr geräumig - genug Platz auch für Familien.
Die Zimmer waren nur zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit alten abgewohnten Möbeln, alten Vorhängen an den Fenstern und viel zu wenig Licht - überhaupt kein Wohlfühlfaktor, eher Schülerschiwoche, da wurde sicher noch nichts renoviert (außer das Bad). Außerdem mussten wir für den Parkplatz extra bezahlen, und dann war keiner frei am Abend, als wir von der Therme heimgekommen sind - sehr ärgerlich.
Mit anderen 4-Stern-Hotels in Österreich kann das Hotel für uns dzt nicht mithalten, da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns leider nicht gepasst, auch wenn uns bewusst ist, dass Kaprun generell nicht die billigste Gegend in Österreich ist.
