The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is fantastic! The room was cleaned and comfortable,l. There is a good variety of food during breakfast and also dinner.
If you struggle with the heat, then the rooms are quite warm in summer time. You can ask the reception for a ventilator.

תראו, מלון יחסית ברמה טובה וגבוהה. הארוחות ערב שם מיוחדות. יש להם כמו בישרוטל, מנות ראשונות אישיות - בערך 7 כאלה לארוחה, וגם מנות ביניים אישיות. ב-2 מתוך 3 ארוחות, זה היה יוצא דופן ומושקע.
ארוחת בוקר סבבה סך הכל. השקשוקה שלהם באופן מפתיע ממש מוצלחת. אהבתי ששומרים למשפחה שלך שולחן משלה לאורך כל השהיה.
יש להם בר חמוד צמוד לחדר אוכל, אבל הברמן לא הכי הכי. הזמנתי נגרוני ולא הרגיש לי מדוייק כלל.
משעמם לילדים! בניגוד למלון דירות שהיינו בו בפלכאו, כאן אין כלום לילדים! יש בריכה ו…זהו! בקושי יש להם שטח להסתובב בו.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to attractions. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card was a great bonus and made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was organized perfectly, and we really appreciated the hospitality.
The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. During the warmer days, the apartment became quite hot, especially in the afternoon. Adding air conditioning or at least portable cooling units would make the stay even more comfortable.

No air con in rooms made sleeping difficult as couldn’t leave windows open due to noise
Reception did not brief us on the dress code for dinner We arrived tired & just wanting food and had to go back to our rooms to change
Charging for parking seemed rich as did charging for water for tables at dinner
