I was very surprised by the way the rooms were equipped. Everything felt and looked brand new. Moreover, the rooms were very well thought-through. My girlfriend was very surprised by the fact that the room was equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and had black towels for makeup removal. She was very pleased with that. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, which was even better than I had initially expected. The spa area and saunas are just like in a spa hotel, although this isn't one.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful, cosy and has a really lovely atmosphere.
Dinner was one of my favourite parts of the stay. The food was amazing, not just usual hotel dishes, but something much more creative and special. You can really tell that the chef knows exactly what he’s doing, and we were excited to see what would be served each evening.
We also loved the wellness area. There are several different saunas and the whole spa is very cosy. I especially liked that there is tea in the spa area, having a cup after the sauna and just relaxing there was so nice. The pool area is beautiful too, and all the greenery right outside the windows gives it such a nice vibe.
Our room was very cosy, with a calm and elegant atmosphere. We could see the castle from our balcony and the view was absolutely beautiful.
Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely come back!

We got a free upgrade, which was very nice of them and we were very grateful: the suite was spacious, there were Lindt chocolates waiting for us and the bathroom was huge: perfect for evening "splashes" for our toddler. The room and hotel overall was nicely furnished, clean, anyone we talked to was nice and the pool+other wellness amenities were clean and comfortable. There is a really good Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom, the bathrobes are nice and fluffy and the bed extremely comfortable: on the firm side, which we like. We all got a very good night's sleep: the sound-proofing seemed good: we didn't hear any noise. The view from the room was spectacular: we saw the castle, the mountains, everything.
I understand the hotel's high season is probably in winter, but we thought breakfast was a little scarce - there were unused waffle machines and a hot plate (I assume for custom egg dishes), it was more or less the same every day. We skipped two dinners, because we're used to other hotels in the area, where you can do salads, starters, soups and desserts self-service with just the main course ordered specifically. But this is coming from a place of having a 3 year old who doesn't want to sit through multiple courses, and the food that was served was tasty, so I'm not deducing any review points, just wanted to leave a note for other visitors with small kids. There is no air conditioning, but only one window had a mosquito net, so we couldn't really make the air circulate.

Staff are welcoming and helpful.
Not deserve to be 4 stars hotel. Very basic room. Nothing special about, beside the the Sauna it’s bed and breakfast. No water kettle, complimentary tea, coffee or water. Floors are not clean and sticky. Very pricey and you need to pay also 8 euros for car park. Not easy to find car park.
