A pleasant hotel with all you need for a short stay in Kaprun. Very kind staff and a good base for exploring the area. Nice breakfast.
The bedroom was outdated and could benefit from renovation. The extractor fans in both the bathroom and the toilet were loud, and because they were linked to the light switches, there was no way to turn them off independently.

Great location with amazing view of the hills. Ample of free parking spaces and summer card provided. The room size is great as well as that of toilet. A big balcony for relaxing outdoors. The staff is amazing and friendly.
Doors / windows should have screen to prevent insects, spiders etc from creeping into the rooms.

The sauna and service provided was very good , the staff is very helpful and friendly , they made everything to make us feel comfortable.
The rooms are not very well equipped, low level of comfort and is missing a redesign / improvement. We had a balcony but it is hard to say with a view đ only if neighbours garden is considered a view âşď¸. Noisy neighbours at 6-7 am.
