Die Aussicht war unbeschreiblich gut. Der Spa Bereich war unglaublich schön eingerichtet. Personal freundlich. Und der Revierspritz super lecker!
Die Duschtür ist leider ungünstig. Wenn man duscht und der Duschkopf ungünstig steht läuft wasser aus der Dusche in die WC Kabine und überschwemmt alles.
Die fehlenden Klimaanlage war jetzt im Sommer schon sehr grenzwertig. Der Ventilator war auf Nachfrage super schnell geliefert! Allerdings hat es nur bedingt geholfen. Abendliche Höchsttemperatur lag bei 32 Grad.
Zum Spa: Es ist ein toller Bereich. Wenn dann aber Jugendliche diese Bereich nutzen zum Spielen, mit Bekleidung in die Saunen gehen, das Trinkwasser für den persönlichen Durst ansehen ist Erholung kaum möglich. Die Altersbeschränkung war aus meiner Sicht ganz klar geregelt. Wenn es niemand kontrolliert ist es sehr schade.

Revier Hotel was super clean and modern especially in area of Kaprun
Staff are great and super supportive
I feel such hotel miss some essentials service for the room such as kettle, iron machine , mugs which are basic needs but it does make difference for hotel visitors.
It is good to have complementary drink as welcoming for visitos
