Lovely place, lovely location. Would recommend to any visitors travelling with a car!

Stunning location, helpful manager and rooms were clean and high quality. I had a Wi-Fi issue on the first night which the manager promptly helped me to fix ASAP the following morning. The accommodation is clean, well maintained, in a beautiful area with clean pool and a very cute cat.

I will only add that it is not suitable in summer if you do not have a car, as it is either 30 mins walk to Assisi (uphill) or 30 mins walk to the train station where you can then take a bus up the hill, there are no amenities otherwise. Furthermore there is no staff present overnight which made me feel slightly unsafe as a solo female traveller.

Fabulous stay, wish it was for longer

Everything was perfect. Very friendly welcome, easy to find, parking, wonderful view of Assisi, lovely room and bathroom, well kept garden. Good nights sleep. Pool and sun beds. Easy drive to restaurants for dinner.

There was nothing to dislike.

Arredamento interno e stoviglie vecchi e poco puliti. Esterno zona piscina poco curato, con sdraio rotte. Illuminazione interna molto debole.
